Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you the project updates you registered for — the official project name, site plan, unit mix, price list, preview date and related information for the Dorset Road site. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Submitting a form on this site constitutes your consent to be contacted for the purposes above, including by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message you receive from us, or by writing to us using the contact details supplied in our correspondence. We will act on a withdrawal request within a reasonable period, after which we will stop sending you marketing communications.
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and are stored within Google Workspace. Access is restricted to the personnel handling enquiries for this project. We retain your data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you provided it, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
This site loads Google Fonts and uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and share limited event data — such as a page view or a form submission — with Meta. You can control this through your browser cookie settings and through your Meta ad preferences. This site does not use cookies to build a profile of you beyond that measurement purpose.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us through any message you have received from us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

The project name used on this website is based on the road name of the Government Land Sale site and is not an official developer-released name.
