This policy explains what personal data www.dorsetresidences.sg collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry or registration form. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your preferred contact day and time
- Which materials you asked for (e-brochure, price list, preview invitation)
- Which unit types you indicated interest in
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, identification numbers, financial account details, or payment information through this website.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you the project updates you asked for — the official project name when it is announced, the price list, the unit mix, floor plans, and preview or showflat information. If you tick the preview option, we will also use your details to arrange an appointment when previews open.
3. How we contact you
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by us or our sales representative by voice call, email, SMS or WhatsApp for the purpose of your enquiry, regardless of your registration status with the Do Not Call (DNC) registry. This consent is specific to your enquiry and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
4. Where your data goes
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and are accessible only to the site operator and the appointed sales representative handling your enquiry. Your details may be shared with the developer's appointed marketing agency where that is necessary to register your interest or arrange a preview appointment. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to build audiences for remarketing. The pixel may set cookies and share event data (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta Platforms. It does not receive the contents of your enquiry.
You can control this through your browser's cookie settings, through Meta's own ad preferences, or by using a tracker-blocking browser extension. Blocking it will not affect your ability to use this site or submit the form.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably needed to serve your enquiry and to keep you updated on this development through its launch — and thereafter only as long as required for legal or business record-keeping. Once neither purpose applies, the data is deleted.
7. Your rights, and how to use them
Under the PDPA you may, at any time:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you
- Ask us to delete your data
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us, or contact the sales representative handling your enquiry directly. We will action withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, and in any case within the timeframe required by the PDPA. Withdrawing consent means we will no longer be able to send you the price list, floor plans or launch updates.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not warrant absolute security — but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we collect against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
9. Accuracy of information on this site
Facts on this website are separated into confirmed (sourced to URA media releases and named published research) and estimated (analyst commentary, labelled as such). No price, unit size, unit mix, launch date or completion date for this development has been confirmed by the developer. Nothing on this site is an offer, representation, warranty or guarantee, and nothing on it constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Please verify independently and consult a qualified property agent, banker or legal adviser before making any decision.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
